cards, loans) that is both equitable and fair. We review all settlement
agreements with you ensuring that all of the assets of the marriage
are included.  
•        Spousal Support / Alimony: Alimony is not set based on
guidelines and is reviewed by the court to ensure that it is fair and
equitable.  We will discuss the options available to you and help you
pursue a fair spousal support settlement.
